All Animate Objects pieces are made to order and handcrafted in Istanbul. Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted before production begins.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale and non-returnable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Orders Within Türkiye

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery where a statutory right of withdrawal applies. To initiate a return, please contact info@animateobjects.co for instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable consumer regulations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, Animate Objects assumes full responsibility for resolving the issue, including all associated shipping costs.

Please contact info@animateobjects.co with your order details and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable refund period.
