If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more items purchased within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. Items must be new, unused and in original packaging and complete with all documentation supplied, to qualify for a refund. In the event that the return conditions are not met or the returned products are found to be damaged or used, we reserve the right to not accept the return. In this case, we will inform you of the outcome and invite you to collect your items. Please note that if you wish to return a purchased product you will be responsible for shipping charges. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase your order in 14 (fourteen) working days.

If you recieve a damaged product, we will assume full responsibility for the return. Your item will be fixed or replaced free of charge. The transport costs for the return of the product deemed to be defective shall be borne by us.

Our 14-day exchange/return policy does not apply to Mirrors, custom made furnitures and special orders. These items cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned. We recommend that you double check dimensions to ensure they are the right size for your space and access doorways before completing your purchase.
