Vardo Lamp finds its inspiration in Sophie Tauber-Arp’s Stag King, a Dada-era puppet theatre where figures took shape within a liminal aesthetic between human and object. Formed in aluminum, it embodies the guard, introducing a subtle sense of play within its measured form. When off, it exists as sculpture; when illuminated, it performs as light.
