Revisiting Depero’s grotesque theatre for the Cabaret del Diavolo, the chair translates that spirit into a form where art and performance blur into one. Carved by hand from plywood, its backrest rises in flame-like curves and open cut-outs, as if a drawing had come alive in three dimensions. The tall arc gives it a sculptural stance, the round leather seat offering a quiet warmth in contrast. Fiamma holds the space in a kind of silent theatre, composed, dramatic, and alive.
