All our furniture is made to order and requires 4 to 6 weeks lead time. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. The shipping fee for your orders is between 150 TL to 500 TL. Shipping costs and times are calculated based on the weight and volume of the chosen product.

Our service providers will call you to schedule and make an appointment for the delivery. Please make sure the phone number you provide during checkout is correct so we can properly schedule your delivery date. If you need to cancel or change your delivery or installation service please contact us two days before the scheduled date. Please note that our team will photograph your order at your doorstep as proof of delivery.
